Printmaking covers a wide range of techniques and the workshop will provide an introduction to some of the methods, with the focus on monoprinting, linocuts, screenprinting and collage blocks. Each process has very different visual qualities providing diverse forms of expression. We will look at the relationship to drawing and painting alongside colour and composition, marks and texture, line and tone.
